Getting ready to face some big fears of mine in a few days! So I have been discussing it with family and close friends. They’re probably sick of it by now.
One thing I wanted to say about fears is never judge someone’s fear. What might seem irrational to you is something that breaks down someone else’s nerve system to their core.
A fear isn’t irrational to them so accept it with them, give them strength instead of telling them brush it off and help them get through it because if the cards were turned you’d hope they’d give you the same respect.
Travel has been a part of my soul since studying abroad in 2012. Yet when I focus on other parts of my identity a fear tends to arise - that fear of getting stuck or disconnected. These past 11 days in New Zealand struck my heart with inspiration, new perspectives, goals and complete appreciation for the beauty in our world. We cannot let fear run our lives - but instead the belief in continued adventures and growth. I cannot express enough gratitude for my experiences in New Zealand and the people I got to share it with. New Zealand I will carry you in my heart forever. 🇳🇿💙✈️⛰🌏
Quite often when we think yoga we asosiate it with the asana (poses) and no one can blame you as mostly all content shared about yoga is of yoga poses.. maybe because that’s the more visually appealing aspect of yoga
Yoga for me is a lifestyle it goes much deeper than an asana an asana is the third limb in the sutras the first limb is actually ahimsa which translates too non violence and overall kindness.
Releasing the past and letting all the new energies in feels invigorating.
I wish you all a lovely weekend.

This was taken on our way to Milford Sound, NZ. (8th wonders of the world). It was such a beautiful dawn to witness amongst the highest mountains and wildernesses.... Also swipe right for the proof 😊 (video clip)
The one of the most challenging and rewarding thing I ever done. Woke up at 2am and hiked #royspeak for 6 hours for this view. Totally worth it. 🏔 🐑🌿 Also swipe right for the video 😊 • Return track: 16km(5-6hr) Elevation of 1.5km

While we aim for accuracy and perfection. It’s vulnerability, authenticity and imperfections that move us.
It feels nice to be happy and not fake it. 😊 I had a good day.
I intend to be happy more in 2019.
Ending our 11 days road trip in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand at the Pelorus river near Nelson region. This was the river where some of scenes of the hobbit movie were shot. What a dip and way to finish off the trip 💦
Feeling so lucky to see the beauty of nature and also I learnt that beautiful things in life are certainly free...our souls are blessed & refreshed 🍃
