I missed you. She told me, the sand ran through my hands and I sat there, submerged in the ocean just swirling the floor around my entire body. It was like, more than the feeling of coming home. It was like that feeling of BEING home that was so so foreign to me; that was suddenly overwhelming me in it’s moment to moment experience. I sat there scooping up the ocean floor into my hands, staring at the patterns in the natural quartz crystal that collected itself there. Tripping. But, oh so fucking alive. So damn connected, it was like a huge welcome home party with just me and this entire expanse of ocean meeting the sky and this incredible island which was talking to me through pretty much everything. It was quite a productive trip in many senses; in that couple of hours I changed my entire travel plans. I thought of a bunch of new videos and an entire plan for this mediation and healing retreat I want to organise. I’m not sure whether I was just talking to myself or whether the island was talking through me, or I was just talking with creation but it didn’t really matter. And now that I am fully grounded into the normal reality once again, it’s all still there. My reality has indeed changed. I learn something new and shed some unwanted layers each and every time I go into that expansive, beautiful, psychedelic space. Manifestation; just those few moments of manifestation. Are actually all I even need to work with, for a few weeks or even more. I don’t think I’d ever come close to understanding how magical the universe really is. I don’t think I’ll ever come close to understanding what this island is even made of.
What are your New Years plans? Drop them in the comments below.
📸 the light was really dope when I got home today so I ran out with my tripod. 2 minutes later comes someone who’s like, hey do you need some help? And I’m like I’m fine thanks, and he’s like no I’m a photographer! Turns out he had the same ideas as me. We shot for like an hour. Check out his pictures on dionpa.com he photographs heavy metal bands lmao ☠️
This was our first stop after a seven hour drive though the night from California to Arizona. Can’t say these long drives are the easiest to get through but good company and good music make all the difference. What’s your favorite thing to do on long road trips?
My life with you has been a dream, today it becomes a reality. I’m happy to have shared all these moments with you, and words can’t express what I’m feeling now, but I’m ready to begin the next chapter of our lives together. I love you @jessicafang. I can’t wait to see you walk down that aisle and be mine forever #astoryofus

Life is a lot more fragile than we think. So you should treat others in a way that leaves no regrets. Fairly, and if possible, sincerely. Be kind.
Sunrise missions in Pai. One of my favorite moments to date on this trip so far. Woke up for sunrise and took my scooter around town to shoot. It was well worth the cold weather and the early wake up call.

Tomorrow is SONY DAY at Horn Photo. If you follow me you know that I recently added the Sony FE 50mm Macro lens to my kit. I took advantage of the Sony Holiday Savings at Horn Photo in Fresno, CA. There are over 30 FE and E Sony lens on Holiday Special. There are 15 different Sony camera specials as well. The best part is tomorrow, Thursday, December 20th Dave and Sarah from Sony will be at Horn Photo from 10 AM to 4 PM for you to try out the Sony Photo gear. You can try the Sony 50mm Macro at Horn Photo just like I did. This image of raindrops on Smoke Bush leaves was shot at f/8, 1/80-second at ISO 400. If you see me in an ugly Holiday Sweater during the event be sure to say hello. Cheers, Kerby
Are you a glass is half full or glass is half empty kind of person?
Maybe it's just the way people perceive their reality rather than them being an optimist or pessimist? Cos the glass cannot be half empty WITHOUT it being half full. So both are right in the literal sense.
Mind. Blown. 😦
