You really only need a pair of socks, slippery floors (or carpet if you really want a challenge!), and a mat!   • I have never been clinically diagnosed with anxiety or depression. And to be clear, I am in full support of seeking professional help. BUT there are some of us, that despite all the things, maintain that we can hold it all together. Or think that this is just the way life is. Even when it seems when we reach a breaking point, we gloss over it the second we get a chance to. We’re in the cirque du soleil of mental gymnastics. We hashtag #selfcare and #introvert even when we’re not re-energizing but just being numb to the world. We use words like “stressed” “busy” “perfectionist” to describe our state, certainly not anxious or depressed, until there’s no choices left... and in my case, mostly after the fact of starting to bring my mind + body back into balance, realizing life could *feel* different. We can still get enough recognition for a job well done to pass by but we know we’re capable of so much more. . For me, learning to balance my mood wasn’t really about getting over the fear of identifying anxiety/depression - it HAD to be about, and CONTINUES to be partnering with that very fear and deep knowing: I am capable of so much more. . a more patient and connected mother, a more present and adventurous wife, a more compassionate and attentive friend, a more intuitive and confident leader. ♥

  • chocolate chip cookie dough BANANA BREAD 😍🍫🤤🍪🍌 this insaneeee creation is just a mix of my two fav things : cookie dough & banana bread so obviously i had to mix them together 🤤 this has a base of normal banana bread with cookie dough swirls to create the most epic dessert ever and also is only sweetened with banana !!! recipe : cookie dough- 3tbsp almond flour, 1tbsp coconut sugar, 1tbsp applesauce, 1tbsp almond butter banana bread- 2 bananas, 1/3c applesauce, 2tbsp almond butter, 1c oat flour, 2tsp cinnamon, 1/2c almond flour, 1tsp baking powder. mix cookie dough ingredients and let sit in fridge. then mix banana bread ingredients and pour into baking dish. add cookie dough crumbles on top and bake 350 for 20-24 mins ✨

  • Cupcake integral de chocolate com geleia de morango 🍓caseira: ATENÇÃO: ⚠️ Contém glúten e açúcar❗️ para celíacos use farinha de arroz e para diabéticos troque o açúcar para adoçante culinário. . 1- Fazendo o cupcake: 3 ovos, 1/2 xícara de açúcar demerara, 1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco sem sabor, 1/2 xícara de chocolate em pó (de 50% pra cima), 1 xícara de farinha de trigo integral, 2 colheres de sopa de aveia em flocos e 1 pitadinha de fermento em pó. Preparo: Adicione num recipiente, o ovo e o açúcar. Misture bem.. Adicione os demais ingredientes na ordem da lista acima e mexa bem. Pré aqueça o forno a 180ºC 🔥. Coloque os cupcakes na forma adequada e leve ao forno por no máximo 45 min ⏰. Fique de olho! 👀 2- Para a geleia: 1cx de morango lavado e picado, 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar demerara. Modo de preparo: leve todos os ingredientes a fogo baixo e deixe cozinhar bem. Assim que a espuma diminuir, deixe cozinhar por mais uns minutinhos e pronto.
