You don't need to use a couch. Any surface that you can find that allows you to be elevated can work OR you can just them flat on the ground. The extra height is just there for a deeper range of motion.
1. Sumo (Monster Band) Squats - this band is heavy so I could only do 10-12. If you have a lighter band or no band at all 15-20 reps should give you a burn.
2. Sumo (Monster Band) Deadlift- 10-12. Same as 1. above but I recommend if you don't have a band sub with a stack of books, a gallon water bottle etc and do for higher reps.
3. Banded Feet Elevated Glute Bridge-25reps. Can be done w/out the band but if you want an extra burn, then add them in.
Repeat x 4. Rest 1-2 mins in between sets then continue.
