All you need is a Step ___ So grateful I have the opportunity to do a fitness program that won’t be a crazy time commitment and will help me achieve my goals of losing some fat and building lean, toned muscle! 💪🏻 I cannot wait to share my mental & physical transformation with you all because me and my team are going to SLAY all day! 💛

Scoprirlo e fare la dieta appropriata mi ha fatto stare meglio anche se c’è voluto un po’ di tempo per abituarsi al mio nuovo sistema alimentare e alle privazioni... poi finalmente con l’uomo che ora è mio marito sono entrata per caso in una specie di paradiso per me: il ristorante Le Querce di Castelletti a #Signa dove ho riscoperto il piacere di mangiare ed assaggiare. Nessun compromesso: tutto #glutenfree! La fantasia e la bravura colmano quello che potrebbe sembrare apparentemente uno svantaggio... 😊 💪🏻 ⁣ —————————⁣⁣ #LetiziaDei⁣⁣⁣ www.letiziadei.it

  • Supplies for a trip to Fort Myers, FL (with a stop in Orlando): . •plane meal: mini garden turkey meatloaves (yummy room temp!), Nairns crackers, veggies, and an orange •breakfasts: @glutenfreeda #purityprotocoloats with mini @sunbutter and @wowbutter (I like these for travel because I can also make a meal out of them on a plane with a cup of hot water without potentially exposing people with nut/peanut allergies). •snacks: @wolosnacks bar (I haven’t tried this before), @larabar pineapple upside down cake bar, and almond and dried apple packs. •emergency meal: quinoa meal from @aldi with tuna, Tabasco, and kraut. Mix and eat (with or without heat). .   • All snowed in in Kansas City called for some warm Cinnamon Sugar Apple Muffins this morning! I love the @namastefoodsllc flour for a gluten free alternative! Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup gluten free flour 3/4 Cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 Cup oil (I used vegetable) 1 egg 1/3-1/2 Cup Any milk - almond or lactaid work great 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup of diced fruit - I used diced honeycrisp apples. You could also use pears or nuts. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Combine all dry ingredients 3. Then add in all wet ingredients - start with 1/3 cup milk, if it’s too thick add a little more. Then the egg, oil and vanilla 4. Fold in your diced fruit or nuts 5. Once combined distribute in your muffin tin. 6. I fried the falafel per the box recommendation which is always kind of a hassle, but it was very tasty. The pita bread had the right texture and taste. I tore the top a bit opening my pita, but it held together well otherwise. Big thumbs up for the pita. Roast up some sweet potatoes and red onion and plate with quinoa, grilled garlic ginger chicken, and top with sriracha almond soy sauce, sesame seeds, and avocado (🥑 not pictured because mine wasn’t ripe 😕). I don’t have a recipe for my sriracha almond soy sauce but it usually contains sriracha, sesame oil, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and almond butter.
