What’s the first thing you think of when you see your reflection?
My initial reaction is to criticize myself and pick apart each flaw. Where instead I should be like damn chelsea, you’ve come a long f*cking way.
Do you remember what you used to look like, let alone how you used to feel?? Why do we constantly put ourselves down based on what we think others think of us?
I’m learning to accept the critiques I give myself and use them as motivation 🤙🏼💪🏼
