Our greatest Joy is found in the birth of Jesus, our Savior and our Redeemer. And not just in a general "Joy to the World" but to you, to me, on a personal level. “No more let sins and sorrows grow, Nor thorns infest the ground; He comes to make His blessings flow far as the curse is found.” Let that sink in and refresh our stressed out worn out souls!
The plan of God through the ages was to send His only son Jesus to be born of a virgin, to live a sinless life and to ulitmately give up his life as a sacrifice for our sins...and in this...we have true Joy.
We hope you will join us this Sunday as we rejoice together and sing praises to the Newborn King! Our special Simply Christmas program starts at 9am and 11am Dec 16th. Can't wait to see you there!

self-healing with ayurveda is deeper than diet + workout plan. it is letting go of deep subconscious elements. if deeper analysis is not taken, weight will still remain.
you can put the body through immense pain + lose the weight temporarily, but it will come back because the body is in a stress holding pattern, hanging onto what the mind + emotions are avoiding.
we are bodies of water. water stores emotional information. take a look at your deep waters + commit to a cleansing process 🌊 #feelcomfortableinyourbody

My favorite thing to do in the kitchen is find random ingredients and make a meal out of it👌🏼 I had a tiny bit of shrimp left, some frozen veggies, and onion so I made shrimp fried rice for the first time! Don’t feel like you need to make some fancy every night. Just wing it and you will create something amazing!
Shrimp fried rice🍤:
WHAT YOU NEED:
* 4 c rice, prepared * 1/2 lb medium-size cooked shrimp. * 1 c peas, corn, and carrots
* 1/2 white onion, chopped * 2 tbsp minced garlic
* 2 eggs * 1 Tbsp olive oil
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
1. Prepare rice as instructed on package
2. Prepare shrimp (defrost, wash, take off tails, etc)
3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan over medium heat
4. Add chopped onion to pan for 4 mins. Add garlic
5. Add veggies to pan and mix together
6. Add prepared shrimp to pan
7. Add prepared rice to pan. Crack two eggs in pan and stir until eggs are cooked
8. Add soy sauce to rice mixture

I ALWAYS get ask why we feel stuff stiffness, what to do about it and how to get rid of it....🖐️ The key to success is MOVEMENT.🏋️🏋️ Not passive things like ultrasound, adjustments, lasers or prolonged spinal "decompression"😐😐 Although spinal manipulations are HIGHLY beneficial, they do nothing for stiffness if you don't follow it up with movement and progressive load.
What is your favorite way to get moved and get out of pain❓❓
Stills from the latest episode of @returningthefavorshow with @mikerowe. This was one of those unforgettable shoots. Lensing this & getting to work with people doing positive things & recognizing people for their good deeds was a true highlight of 2018 for me. You can find this episode & others on Facebook now.
Our 2018 Angel Tree event hosted 130 Families with 71 sponsors - approximately 700 luncheon attendees in all! With dozens of volunteers, from the young to the young at heart. <3
To help ensure no family goes without during the holiday season, Matrix Human Services prepares an annual holiday gift-giving tradition. Now in it's 9th year, our Angel Tree pairs sponsors with Detroit families who have holiday wishes and needs.
The luncheon included fun family activities including face painting, professional photos with Santa, cookie making and crafts! At the event, families met their sponsors and received gifts based on their personal “Wish List” requests, such as winter outerwear, toiletries, games, toys, home goods and more.
Thank you to the sponsors and volunteers who helped ensure a happy holiday season for our local families in need.
“The biggest piece of advice I would give is two-fold. First I would say; know what your good, better, and best look like. Secondly I would say forget your feelings,” says @mobilebschool Founder Walter Ward.
“Feelings are great passengers but horrible drivers. Discipline trumps excitement.”
Walter was able to grow his company this past year outside of Michigan working with The United Negro College Fund, and aims to keep growing nationally in 2019.
Keep driving the wheel @waltward3 🙌🏽
