Cornmeal Crusted Baked Potatoes + Picked Jalapeño Cilantro Sauce Recipe 🥔🌱
4 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges
2 Tablespoons tahini (possibly a little more)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika (+ more used later)
1 Tablespoon medium grind cornmeal (+ more used later)
1 teaspoon sea salt (+/- to taste) *
Sprinkle black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the oven rack towards the middle, avoiding the lower oven rack placement.
Line a 14 x 20 baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Mix the seasonings listed above, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, sea salt, black pepper and cornmeal in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Cut the potatoes into wedges, and place in a large mixing bowl. Note: You should be able to get between 6-8 wedges per potato.
Coat the potato wedges with the tahini, using your hands to get some tahini on all sides of the potato wedges, then once thoroughly coated with a thin coating of tahini, dump the potato wedges onto the parchment covered baking sheet.
Picked Jalapeño Cilantro Sauce
1/3 cup raw cashews
¼ cup + 1/8 cup pickled jalapenos (we used Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeno Peppers)
½ cup cilantro (lightly packed)
1 Tablespoon lime juice
3 Tablespoons unsweetened plain plant yogurt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt (+/- to taste) *
1/3 cup water
In a small bowl, cover the raw cashews in boiling water, set aside to soak for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, measure out all your remaining ingredients and set aside.
After 20 minutes, drain the cashews and discard the water, then add the cashews and all the remaining dressing ingredients into a high-speed blender and emulsify until smooth. Taste test the dressing and add more seasoning, if needed.

I haven't forgotten! Today was busy, my morning photo disappeared. Now, all I have is my dinner plate, and my list.
Breakfast: oatmeal, 2 tbsp walnuts, 1oz chicken, 1 cup mixed berries/Morn snack: banana/Lunch: taco salad - 2.5 oz seasoned turkey, tomatoes, .5oz cheese, 1.5oz sour cream, 2oz salsa, 12 doritos, 1 cinnamon apple rice cake, apple/Mid snack: 8 seed crackers & .75oz laughing cow cheese/Supper: 4oz turkey burger, .5 cup garlic mashed potatoes & green beans, cucumber & constellation tomatoes. This apples peanut butter overnight oats combine all of your favorite flavors to make the most delicious, high-protein breakfast. Plus made in under 5 minutes. .
* 1/2 medium banana.
* 1 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy.
* 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
* 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened.
* 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar.
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
* 1 cup rolled oats.
* 1 tablespoon flaxseed.
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon. .
* First, mash 1/2 banana in a large bowl. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
* Add in dry ingredients and mix again.
* Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
PS: You know it’s gonna be a good day when it starts off with overnight oats and that’s just the truth
the rainy weather has got me craving my fave OATMEAL COOKIES🍪 🌧 they’re vegan, gluten free, absolutely delicious, and SO easy to make💯 I definitely need to whip some real soon🤤 the recipe👇🏻
1 cup @woodstockfoods instant oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup @woodstockfoods creamy, unsalted almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 5 tbsp water
1/2 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup raisins
1) mix the flax seeds and water and set aside until thickened to make flax eggs. you may want to stir the mixture a couple of times.
2) combine the almond butter, maple syrup, flax eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3) add in everything else except the raisins and mix until well combined.
4) fold in the raisins and refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes before baking (optional, but recommend).
5) form into 2 tbsp balls, place on a baking sheet line with parchment paper and flatten a little. bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden.

Monty Warr works so hard in the gym. He has for 20 years now. Like RELIGIOUSLY......6 days a week, full throttle.

Good morning everyone! I had some smoked salmon salad for breakfast today. Spread a bit of cream cheese on one side of salmon and roll it, then it looks like a rose bud, doesn’t it? 😉
- Smoked salmon 90g
- Sprouts 1 cup
- Some chickpeas and one banana
