When I accepted the fact that I was not going to buy at the bottom or sell at the top - Things got much better.
Now, let me explain to you what I mean by that.
I think one of the biggest obstacles new traders face comes from the quote ''buy low and sell high''. When you first hear that, you're likely to think that it makes a lot of sense. And indeed, it does. It's very common sense.
But here's the problem... Where is the low? Where is the high?
THAT is the real question and where 95% of people get it wrong. You will never be able to precisely tell where will be the low/high when the structure is still in the making.
Always keep in mind that the market does NOT move from one price to another. It moves from a range (correction) to another by what we call an impulse... So trying to find the best price possible is a complete waste of time and energy.
Focus on understanding what you are looking at and all the possibilities that exist... Focus on the signs that tell you when a correction is over... And I'm telling you my friend, if you apply this, it can change everything for you.

What are you working so hard for?
Do you ever reward yourself for all of your efforts?
I'm not saying to get too comfortable...but the things I spend money on that people might say are stupid or pointless, actually give me joy.
Not just because I love Marvel, showcases, toys, and other collectors items...
But because they are reminders.
They remind me of each milestone I've crossed.
They remind me of how hard I've worked to get to where I am.
In this photo I'm setting up the showcase with a signed glove from Muhammad Ali.
What's the next thing you're going to reward yourself when you hit that next milestone?
judging by my instagram feed lately, everyone is entering 2019 with a lot of Marie Kondo vibes, myself included ✨ in keeping with the meaningful + minimal mood, I’ve been craving all of the gorgeous furniture from @sfeerandco to refresh my space 🏠 here’s a gorgeous little moment from our recent branding shoot! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In every job there must be a element of fun!
- Mary Poppins
What fun do you have?
When I think of when I have fun it is being able to work from anywhere, working with my clients and creating my own schedule!
Friends, go after fun! There will always be hard work, just make sure the fun out weighs it!
I used to like the idea of people thinking I had it all together...
Now I can’t wait to tell them how much of a mess I was & show them what the power of God can do.
My hope is that my story is never about me, but what I can do to serve others.
If it ever seems twisted, you have 💯 permission to call me out!
Are you ready for an elimination diet?⠀
This week’s episode is all about elimination diets – the therapeutic way in which some of them are designed, and then the different ways that they are actually put into practice – some of which may be intended for healing the body, especially in terms of things like the autoimmune protocol, but which may actually end up hurting your relationship with food in a way that makes you more stuck in the diet cycle and controlling patterns with food and your body. This week’s guest, if you didn’t recognize her, is Cristina Hoyt Alvarez from @nourishmbml, who is a nutritionist out of Philadelphia and one of my closest friends.⠀
If you’re considering doing an elimination diet, maybe you’re doing one in January, or maybe you’ve done one in the past, for whatever reason, we want you to dig deep and examine your WHY and your intentions behind making that decision. Because if you come at it from a certain angle, without the help of a practitioner – something that was designed to help heal your body and certain symptoms you may be having may actually end up having adverse effects that can take months and years to get out of.⠀
We’re giving you patterns and red flags to look for that indicate you may not be in the right place to take on one of these therapeutic protocols, at least not without the help of a licensed practitioner, even if you have a medical or therapeutic need for one.⠀
Listen to the episode on iTunes, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, or wherever you can get your podcasts (or directly in the blog post!. And grab the show notes here:

What genuinely makes you smile? There are so many things that genuinely make me smile, one of them is discovering a beautiful hidden beach with crystal blue water, another is coming across untouched powder when snowboarding, I genuinely smile when I get a new trick in flying trapeze, or when I can actually get my boyfriend to laugh at my jokes 😂 find what makes you smile and do it as much as you can. When you get to the end of your life, you want to be able to say ‘I’ve laughed and smiled a lot’. 😄💜
