  • I forgot to share this with latest post - some before/after functional work 👍 When patient grasped how to work with lower serratus anterior muscle, I couldn't palpate his ribs under scapula anymore 😅 As you can see the right side was not such problematic, but with ribcage positioning and diaphragmatic breathing (which mean with proper WORK of lower ribs, and not moving your abdominal wall all the way down, up to pubic symphysis) it also bettered. It's stabilisation, because stability is matter of neuromuscular CONTROL and thus function. Do not confuse it with isometric tensions like planks or other "core stability" exercises, that in fact change nothing (and many times are just harmful). . Zapomniałem wrzucić tego zdjęcia z ostatnim postem - trochę przed/po pracy funkcjonalnej 👍 Kiedy pacjent pojął jak pracować dolnym aktonem mięśnia zębatego przedniego, nie mogłem więcej palpować jego żeber pod łopatką 😅 Jak można zobaczyć, prawa strona nie była tak problematyczna, jednak z pozycjonowaniem klatki piersiowej i przeponowym oddechem (co oznacza prawidłową PRACĘ dolnymi żebrami, a nie ruszaniem powłokami brzusznymi, aż do spojenia łonowego) również się poprawiła. To jest stabilizacja, ponieważ stabilność to kwestia nerwowo-motorycznej KONTROLI a tym funkcji. Nie mylcie tego z izometrycznym napięciem jak planki czy innymi ćwiczeniami "core stability", które tak naprawdę niczego nie zmieniają (a często bywa że szkodzą). . . #functionaltraining #physiotherapy #exercises #backday #shoulderpain #stabilisation #mobility #shouldermobility #silesia

Sometimes dieting may give you another gift of body issues by external or internal effect. Balance diet is compulsory. Anyway the topic is what happens when you diet. If you start dieting, your weight just doesn’t want to go down. It’s not because you’re “special”, “God hates you” or whatever your reason might be.. the simple answer is: Water retention And besides the muscle gains that could happen for beginners but not fat loss. When you start eating at a caloric deficit, meaning that you’re now providing LESS nutrients to your body, for it to use its internal stores of energy, your fat cells start releasing fat for the “missing” energy not coming from your diet However, because these cells are VERY stubborn, they get refilled with water first, before saying the final goodbye It’s like a double check from your body which’s telling you: “are you really wanting me to release this precious stored energy?” We say : Yes..😊👍🏼 This means your weight could fluctuate alot and even go higher, freak you out more and make you quit, but you shouldn’t It is so frustrating to see your weight either stall or go higher when you’re depriving yourself, but that’s just the way it is You’re just one step further from finally losing the water weight which is literally MASKING your progress, and finally reveal your hard work done in the past weeks. - As always consistency is key.   • 🛑Pull-ups guide A primal favourite, the pull-up is a functional exercise that recruits multiple upper-body muscles in one swift, controlled movement. The ability to pull oneself up with the arms is a standard bodyweight exercise that sadly, on average, few people can do. The pull-up demonstrates a superior strength to bodyweight ratio. There's no surface taking any burden of bodyweight, it's just you, the bar, and the coordinated muscular effort of your upper-body muscles lifting you up. This hugely rewarding exercise develops incredible strength, muscle definition, and builds a body that can climb and pull things toward it with ease. For those that are less interested in performance and more with aesthetics - regular pull-ups will develop an athletic body, keeping bodyweight down, the waist trim and shoulders wide and full. This increases the waist-to-shoulder ratio which is a key factor to an attractive physique. ⚫️How to do pull-ups on a bar! 1. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip and begin from a dead hang (arms fully extended, about shoulder width apart). 2.Pull up toward the bar by bending at the arms and clear it with your chin. 3.Pause at the top of the exercise and then lower back down under control. 4.Return to the starting position and repeat. 🔹Pull-up Tips and Notes: 1.Keep the movement slow and controlled at all times. 2.Ensure the body is tight throughout the exercise and keep the torso straight. 3.Minimize 'kipping', rocking or swaying movements for strict pull-ups. 4.One effective mental tip to help with pull-ups that many people find helpful is to envisage yourself pulling the bar down to your chest, as opposed to hoisting your body to the bar. 5.Don't start your next rep until you've fully extended your arms. Langhantel-Training eignet sich aufgrund seiner umfangreichen Möglichkeiten perfekt dafür den ganzen Körper zu trainieren. . Welche Muskeln gehören überhaupt zur Rumpfmuskulatur? Die Rumpfmuskulatur umfasst den geraden Bauchmuskel, die inneren und äußeren schrägen Bauchmuskeln, den Rückenstrecker und die Beckenbodenmuskulatur. Damit ist diese Muskulatur die zentrale Verbindungsstelle zwischen der oberen und der unteren Körperhälfte, die dafür sorgt, dass Wirbelsäule und Becken stabil bleiben.
