Here’s what one month of intense training can do for you. Not even close to where I want to be but hey, it’s a start! It’s hard work. I go to the gym every morning at 5:45am so I can lift for two hours, eat a protein-packed breakfast, shower, and head to class when my day doesn’t end until 10:00pm. But I get my booty in bed every night at 10:30 and I’m up again the next morning at 5:00 when my alarm goes off. There are days when I crush my workout. There are also days when I feel like I could have pushed myself a bit more and I get down on myself. I literally eat the same meal for lunch and dinner every day. But the main thing is not giving up. It’s having the grit and determination to reach your goal and do your own personal best.

♡ note to self: stop beating yourself up. You are a work in progress - which means you will get there a little at a time, not all at once. Being negative only makes a difficult journey more difficult⚡️. It’s so easy for us to only see flaws, instead of celebrating what our bodies are capable of & can accomplish! I actually can! The challenge name is perfect for me this month. I am going back to work this week from maternity leave and I have always struggled to keep up my workouts going while working. I would always try and get up and workout in the morning and choose to sleep longer and after work I would stay consistent until I’d start having days where I was too tired after work. One day blends to another and it just becomes easier to make excuses. This time I actually can, the #myadventurebegins challenge helped me stay consistent with working out for an entire month so I feel a lot more prepared to keep up the progress. .
I’m still going to do my intro video but I’m still not comfortable talking on video so I’d rather write this all out then try to say it on camera 😅

Today was an intense workout. I walked out with my legs shakinggg but it felt really good!
I worked out for a total of 45min, doing 4 sets x 8 reps of the following exercises with 1 minute rest between each set:
- calf raises - wall sit
- dead lifts
I hit up TJ Maxx looking for things to help me with my #28dayjumpstart that I'm starting Monday. I love tea, and these two jumped out at me. They also have a lot of healthier snacks there so I picked up some Gluten Free Bars to try. They're only 120 calories each and seem to be pretty healthy 👌 #fitgirlsguide#fitgirl#fgg#iactuallycan

Y’all asked, I delivered. This past year I’ve had an enormous amount of people ask to workout with me in person or ask if I trained on the side, and while I will NEVER give up the convenience of my home workouts, I found a new love that I will be doing with y’all, in person, giving you the most 1 hour thorough ass kicking of your life 😘. .
Starting THIS WEEK, I will officially be instructing spin at The Maxx Fitness Clubzz, at TREXLERTOWN location for now. JOIN ME, THIS WEDNESDAY 5:30PM (after 2 weeks that will most likely go to 6PM, stay tuned). If you are not a member, they have a $10 day pass available.
