  • Back in the day I bought some bootleg DVDs of this program called Insanity that I thought was gonna be the game changer for me. Change my body. Change my life and finally get me to love myself and what I saw daily in the mirror.. I did about 3 workouts.. barely made it through the warmups and then quit✖️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ Years later I’ve completed and kicked ass in about 3 programs by the same guy.. Want to know what was different? Other than being married and two kids later.. I was just ready. I was ready to change... Ready to FEEL different and ready to realize it wasn’t going to be some quick fix or something that would happen overnight.. Ready to realize it was about soo much more than just how I looked. It was about how I wanted to FEEL about myself. And that only I could get me to the place I wanted to be. It was 💯 up to ME. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ AND so I’m pumped to do it again. To complete another one of his programs where I know I’ll be challenged both physically and mentally and I’ll come out it six weeks later with even more love and appreciation for myself. 6 weeks... Totally different workouts.. 20 minutes a day using a step! Something totally DIFFERENT than I’ve ever done! ☺️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We start after the new year.. And I’d love to invite you to do this WITH me. TREAT YO’SELF this month girl.. You deserve it🎁. Let’s change, grow, evolve, challenge and love ourselves even more together 💕 💌

  • A full morning 🥰 Finished two logos for clients and helped a whole bunch of ladies get set up for our new program that released today. 20 min daily with Shaun T who if you know him you know he is just as much about the MENTAL transformation as the physical which for me has always been soo KEY!! ⁣ ⁣ I LOVE when trainers weave in the mindset piece bc I really believe to see the physical changes we all are craving it takes changing how we see ourselves and look at our health, changing how we speak about ourselves.. How we respond when we look in the mirror.. How we view our bodies.. How we care for ourselves.. Seeing these thing in a whole new light ✨ I know for me.. Creating a consistent exercise routine, filling my mind with as much positive shit as I can find... Has done wonders for my anxiety 🤘🏻 So anyways.. if you have questions on this one. Reach out girl. These girls keep me GOING! 💕⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Idk that I ever wake up motivated to move but finding things that help, a community to do it WITH and allowing myself to feel PRIDE in where I’m at and where I’m going helps ☺️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ always here to help 💌⁣⁣

  • That first workout with these crazies after a few days off of just ENJOYING life and food and friends☺️⁣ ⁣ .⁣ .⁣ It’s funny when I’m talking to women and they want to join our community.. I usually ask them about their their goals and why they want to make a change.. Join our group.. Try our programs and then they often give me reasons/excuses why they can’t right now.. And then they ALWAYS apologize to me! And every time I get alittle sad 😢 First off.. Girl you don’t owe me an apology.. EVER!! And I don’t get sad bc they aren’t joining bc we all have to do things in timing that is right for US.. but bc I KNOW they will LOVE this if they could put their fears aside.. Bc Yes excuses are usually just that.. mostly just FEAR.⁣ ⁣ Fear you might fail...⁣ Not be good enough...⁣ Not enjoy it...⁣ Waste your money...⁣ It won’t be perfect...⁣ ⁣ Trust me.. I get it!! 👋🏻 Recovering perfectionist over here! But listen... I’m not perfect. Never have been NEVER will be.. I’ve only followed a program to a T like three times in three years and I mean 👀 idk but I think my results speak for themselves ☺️ The programs I do WORK bc they’re doable, sustainable, customizable and can fit into any lifestyle. So please don’t let fear stop you.. You have nothing to lose for trying. And you never have to apologize to me girl. Bc I’m never here to push.. Only to help ✌🏻❤️

  • Yesterday was a good day. Food was delicious (fresh venison), work was victorious (it's always nice with the paperwork supports you!) and I got my workout in. The only "problem" is I passed out a 8pm on the couch from pure exhaustion 😂 But thankfully my hubby took care of evening chores and no harm was done by being a sleeping couch potato. Thankfully I made myself work out right away to get things done !!

  • I am definitely feeling the fact that I am half way through week two of a new workout program. Because I had my race this weekend I rearranged the leg workout from Friday to Sunday... which means I didn't have any recovery time before w2 started. That is okay, but I'm so sore everywhere. Also, I skipped my Monday optional run because I was so sore from Sunday and I don't want to overdo it in week 2! However, I did push play last night and did W2D2, Back and Biceps 50/50 and was shaking so much by the end of the workout. Really enjoying this program and am even starting to think about how I can still incorporate the lighting components when I start increasing my mileage after the beginning of the year. Feeling optimistic, sore, strong, and accomplished. It's been awhile and I'm glad to be back. 👌💪

  • I’ve had this obsession.. well maybe not obsession but desire to be STRONG for as long as I can remember... I can remember thinking about who I wanted to be as a mother and wife and woman.. Like what was that one quality I wanted to feel and project... ⁣ ⁣ Strength 💪🏻⁣ ⁣ I think for so long when my anxiety was literally dictating most of my moves and days it made me feel weak.. I know I wasn’t but I felt that way.. So feeling stronger these days means a lot to me. ⁣ ⁣ ••> ⁣ •Developing strength in my spiritual practice⁣ ⁣ •Strength as a leader of my tribe⁣ ⁣ •Strength in taking control of my mind.. ⁣ my thoughts.. my beliefs about myself⁣ ⁣ •Strength in my fitness.. ⁣ Working out for those 30 min a day FOR myself.. THAT has been the BEST thing I could have ever done to help me get and feel that strength I needed 💓⁣ ⁣ •Strength as a mom.. ⁣ I have two crazy boys who I feel like most days were literally put on this earth to show me what I’m made of.. Like ok lady.. You think u are getting your shit together.. Well let’s see about that.. HA 😜⁣ ⁣ But damn I mean Mothers alone.. The strength we display on a daily basis for our kids is soo freakin incredible!!⁣ ⁣ So let’s try this... ⁣ Let’s stop chasing ⁣ perfection.. ⁣ Our goal weight.. ⁣ Those jeans that fit us last year ⁣ And let’s start chasing STRENGTH⁣ That feeling....   • I started a hybrid program in October that combined Hammer and Chisel with building up a running base... and found myself just not satisfied. The hybrid was made by someone else and I just jumped in but was not loving the weeks that supplemented 2-3 runs with 2 agility and 1 plyo workouts - it wasn't the combination for which I was hoping... So as of November 5th I started LIIFT 4 with the intention of adding 2 runs per week, maybe 3. First two days (Chest & Biceps 50/50 and Back and Biceps Circuit) are in the books. I'm wonderfully sore and looking forward to a more satisfying November compared to October. 😊

And I know my whole wellness journey doesn’t have a point of completion. It’s ON GOING with all the natural ebbs and flows! 🌊 But this morning I was feeling damn PROUD of how far I’ve come and I don’t think we should ever hesitate to celebrate ourselves.
