  • March 2018 • Dec 2018 ✨ I know a lot of you guys followed me for makeup but honestly I’ve grown to love fitness so much and that is why you see my posts are changing to more of fitness. Fitness is something I truly enjoy and love. All my life I’ve always had trouble with my weight, I fluctuate easily. But after being a mom, I honestly feel like it has been the HARDEST to lose the weight but I’m constantly working on it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Prior to my pregnancy, I weighed 115-120lbs. After giving birth I was around 170-180lbs (left pic). Currently I’m around 130lbs, still fluctuating and yes I do have loose skin and a mommy pooch BUT I’m determined to become a better me everyday to reach my goals hopefully sooner than later! This took almost a whole year, because guess what? I’m only human. There are times when I don’t feel motivated, when I binged and when I don’t want to eat healthy or go to the gym. Bad days are okay. Just pick yourself back up and keep going. However, change will not happen until you change your mindset. I’m still learning to be consistent and be strong-minded when it comes to this healthy/fitness lifestyle. But it’s crazy to see how far I’ve come.   • If you would have told me a year and a half ago that today I would be vacationing in the dreamiest paradise resort in Cancun on an all expense paid for trip for Dave and I with other AMAZING people I get to work with and that this is my actual job..... I would have laughed in your face and called you crazy saying “oh I wish!” . . I always had the dream of being able to work from home so I could be with my babies. Dreamt of being able to work with David and give up the 9-5 life to pursue our dreams. Dreamt of being surrounded by a community of people I get to work with all like minded to be their best selves and who work hard uplifting and inspiring each other. Dreamt of being able to work remotely, travel and be doing something I actually love! Dreamt of getting paid to adventure and live an active lifestyle. . . But that kind of thing only happens to other people.. right? Well, wait... if other people could do it, why couldn’t I!? I tried and failed at so many things but what I never lost sight of is the big picture and I kept going even when life got really hard at times. I turned my “I wish” to “what if” to “why not” to “hell YES” and freaking went after it full force. . . It takes HARD WORK, but if you want something bad enough you can make it happen. I truly believe it. You can live the life you dream about and you deserve it. So go after it!!! It’s up to you. .   • DAY 5: TRANSFORM 20! TGIF! - While everyone is out partying on a Friday night, I'm at home working my buns off. First, I did the 10 minutes ab workout and then I did the 20 minutes workout. Both exercises were so challenging, I was breathing so hard thought my blood pressure might have gone through the roof, but when I checked it, it was perfect! - This just comes to show that exercising is good for your body, heart, and health.   • TGIF! I’m so happy to be done with the work week! I spent the evening at @bigtexgym working biceps and shoulders. The pic is 3 hours later. Boy, I need a tan! I made it through the day feeling less depleted. My macros were a tiny bit off again, but I’m still really happy about the range. Calories just under 1600 and I’m looking forward to my first rest day in 12 days tomorrow (at least, that’s the plan). My meals were a lot of the same (salad, chicken, brown rice, asparagus, protein shakes) but I really enjoyed these sweet potato chips with hummus.   • I almost chose not to do my workout. I was so close. It is Friday night I just wanted to eat dinner, relax and watch a movie. But getting my workout in was so much more than just getting a good sweat in. I COMMITTED to myself and to my team and I almost let them & myself down. Because of this group of Super positive and driven women, I made it work and pushed myself. This isn’t only some work out thing. It is following through on what you want to achieve because life & emotions & how we feel get in the way a lot and we have to choose & just take those small steps to follow through. 👯‍♀️💙👯

  • 4 months postpartum and I’m finally feeling like myself again. This whole idea around “snapping back” after pregnancy is just nuts. Ladies, don’t fall for it (bc i almost did.) Love your bodies before, during, and after pregnancy. Be gentle, be loving, be accepting of it all. Allow time for physical healing all while you’re mentally and emotionally adjusting to this new little human running your life. It takes some of us longer than others and ITS OK. Tune in and listen to your body.   • Something that’s changed since I started my mornings with some personal development, is how I am with my kiddos. I would like to think I am a fun mom, but I am also strict. I have VERY high expectations of my littles because I know what they are capable of. I also know they are 4. But since adding PD, I find that I am more patient. I don’t get as flustered by all of the “things” as I used to. I embrace the chaos more and am learning how much I truly love it and thrive off of it.   • ✌🏻as promised OUR 3 Day Refresh Results...I lost 6.2 lbs and 6 1/2 inches!!! And Kelly @kelly.kje lost 9 lbs!!! In 3 days🤯... . YUP we are blown away. (I know it’s no epic difference😂😉.. but come on it was only 3 days. Lol) . As I sit down to write a blog post, summing up our experience and the results that we had (for my soon to launch website🤗lol). I have to say I am freaking proud of my group, my hubby and I!! . MAN we haven’t felt this good in a LONG time. . RIGHT before we started (there were nine of us doing it together in a private group) I was reflecting back in how I (we) had been eating over the last month😬😬 . DAMN it sure sneaks up on you, EVEN when you think you are doing good! . And with Christmas, New Year’s, a hockey tournament, and a terrible cold that kept reoccurring ( DayQuil & NyQuil overdose lol lol jk) it hit me like a ton of bricks. . 😖Oh MAN!!! How toxic we must have been!! Even though I kept it pretty even around Christmas time… And still ate fairly decently, there were way way way more treats involved. #icantsaynotochocolate . . 🤜🏻But after day 1 of our 3 day cleanse when I was detoxing from sugar and cold medication😾, I felt like I stepped out of a fog. . 👉🏻The hubby is still experiencing some sugar withdrawal symptoms, and has cold/flu symptoms (don’t tell grouchy pants I said anything🤣🤣), BUT in general, he has TONS more energy, and is sleeping much better!! . 👉🏻We BOTH noticed that after we struggled to break the night time snacking habit on day 1 & 2, the cravings for carbs and sugar really subsided!! I have never been more prepared for a challenge before . 👉🏻our water intake was on point . 👉🏻And my skin looks AMAZING.. all over my body, not just my face... BY BY bumpy arms and legs!! (All from good nutrients and hydration✌🏻) . To sum up our experience, I feel like we got a 3 day Boot Camp in willpower & breaking bad habits… . if it couldn’t get any better… It comes with specific yoga practices, one for each day… 🌱we are hosting another 3 day kickstart to Feb on the 4th!!! Meal plans, support, accountability and prizes… Message me for details. (😉Its on SALE this month)!!
