  • 4 Protein Commandments by @trainwithcarsen _ By now you are well aware of how critical protein consumption is for building muscle. Sure, you may have some protein here and there, but are you eating enough to maximize muscle growth❓Let’s cover the 4 protein commandments you need to follow to build rock solid muscle. _ PROTEIN CONSUMPTION✅: 1-gram per 1-pound of Bodyweight. I know that may sound like a lot, but that’s probably because you are not eating enough protein in the first place. The best way to stay on track with hitting your daily protein goal is to plan ahead. Know when you are eating your meals and bring snacks with you throughout your day. If you are serious about building rock solid muscle, you will take your protein consumption just as serious. _ It is crucial that you’re getting ✅20-grams or more of protein during each meal in order to hit the leucine-threshold. Leucine is one of the 3 branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Leucine is considered the anabolic trigger to stimulate skeletal muscle protein synthesis. This is critical for building muscle. Aim for over 20-grams! _ Alternating your protein sources is a great way to optimize absorption and digestion. Plus, eating the same stuff all the time gets boring after awhile. Swap out the meats you’re eating, rotate protein powders, consume plant based protein. _ Consuming protein throughout the day will help you reach your overall protein goal, and you’ll continuously stimulate muscle protein synthesis throughout the day. Not to mention, eating a ton of protein in one sitting can be taxing on the digestive system and have you feeling sluggish.   • Como melhorar no seu workout? Dentre todas as capacidades trabalhadas no crossfit, cada vez mais a capacidade aeróbia vem ganhando uma importância ímpar. A capacidade aeróbia é ainda muito incompreendida. Ela se faz presente já a partir do primeiro minuto de esforço, e aumenta sua contribuição energética para o exercício a cada minuto que se passa dentro do treinamento, sendo assim ela está presente dentro de 90% dos workouts do Crossfit. O importante a ser percebido é que não melhoramos o condicionamento aeróbico fazendo workouts específicos. A melhoria aeróbica depende de adaptações no corpo, que são geradas pelo estímulo aeróbio adequado. E como gerar essas modificações fisiológicas de maneira crônica??? Venha pra Kremlin descobrir e melhorar seu condicionamento aeróbio!
