THIS IS MY BODY ✨’
& it’s with cellulite, lipedema and other what society calls “flaws”🙋🏼♀️ I rather not use that word but just so you know what I mean. This is how I’m build, bigger legs and hips and a flatter stomach. Yes I do train for a few years now but for 65% I’m build this way, there isn’t much I can do about that🤗 Just like the fact that I can’t do much about my cellulite, what comes from lipedema (in my case)!’
I do get frustrated or demotivated sometimes for having cellulite and lipedema, but I’ve been teaching myself not to let that get to me too much. Because why should I feel unhappy and miserable all the time of something I can’t do much about?🤷🏼♀️ That doesn’t make you feel any happier or let the cellulite disappear.’
Don’t stress about having some bumps, it’s just a part of us women ♥️’
P.S. I’m going to talk about lipedema a bit more soon, because I want to raise more awareness for it. So please if you’re dealing with it send me a DM so I can collect some more information than my own experience and mister Google😙

You guys know about my undying love for adaptogens 😍 Adaptogns are naturally occurring non-toxic substances that can help protect your body from stress by stabilizing and optimizing a host of physiological functions. They increase body resistance to physically, chemically, or biologically noxious factors, thereby having a normalizing effect on the body and causing no harm. Most Four Sigmatic adaptogens are of the mushroom family but other adaptogens come from roots, leaves, and berries. .
Here’s a quick little breakdown of the main adaptogens that Four Sigmatic uses:
🍄Reishi: helps manage stress and balance our cortisol levels. Great to take before bed 😴
🍄Lion’s Mane: great for brian health. Has been shown to potentially help protect against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
🍄Chaga: An amazing immune booster. Great to have around during the winter/cold and flu season. Has been shown to potentially help protect against cancer
🍄Cordyceps: Boosts endurance and stamina. I love to take this before my workouts for an extra boost 💪🏻
I don’t do giveaways often because imo they’re bad for business but I know I’ve gotten a lot of you interested in adaptogens so I thought this would give you a good way to get started for free 🙌🏻

Woke up this morning 🌞 to a stunning 10K
I started this page scared that it would be a flop out of fear of what other people would think of it☹️ I thought no one would take me or what I had to say seriously, and I would just be yet another wannabe fitness guru. But I knew fitness had always been a passion of mine, and anyone who knew me back then and even now could tell you it encompasses a big portion of what I genuinely enjoy doing on a daily basis. Now less than 6 months after making it public to my friends and family, I hit 10K 🤯 and that is just absolutely mind blowing to me
I wanted to thank everyone who has reached out and expressed their support for this page, and those of you who support just by following my journey, asking questions, viewing, liking, commenting, etc. I hope that when you or anyone else visits my page they walk away with something useful whether it be a workout, a recipe, a life tip, knowledge on a certain aspect of fitness / health, and so on
The amount of followers I have doesn’t define me, or this page, but it definitely has been a milestone from where I thought I’d be at this point in time as well as a motivator to keep going ❤️ So once again, thank YOU

Happy #transformationtuesday 🤗
I searched the house high and low trying to find the shirt that’s in the left photo so I could re-create the picture, but I couldn’t find it 😤 The girl on the right is the girl who was stuck inside the body of the girl on the left due to her own actions. I have fought to claw my way back out & I am PROUD. 240➡️151

I'm just playing, but I'm saying
Barbie Dreams 👀👸🏼 Just because your a Mom doesn’t mean you have to shrivel up and die. 😌
It’s been a minute since I’ve reflected on this journey. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the picture on the left...I was a voluptuous mama and now I’m a fit mama. Both seasons of my life have taught me hard lessons and I’m still growing into the strong woman God wants me to be. Don’t get caught up on the obstacles...just keep pushing forward. It’s hard, duh...welcome to life. Get out of your negative mindset and attack today as hard as you can. Be the best woman/man/mom/friend/CEO/employee/gymrat you can be today! #transformationtuesday

IT IS NORMAL TO GET BLOATED.
We still tend to believe in the pictures we see of people on instagram - believing that the fitness-people on here ALWAYS look like they do in the pictures they post - but we merely show ONE angle, ONE moment, NOBODY looks like that all the time and most people don’t EVER look like they do in their pictures.
Most people bloat after meals, later during the day, due to stress, because of water-retention as a consequence of PMS, due to food-intolerances and so on. Your body will fluctuate and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Social media is really cool in many ways but it is extremely problematic that we can decide to share but one very one-dimensional image of ourselves. And even when we know that people use photoshop, angles and alter their physical appearance through for examle sucking in their bellies, we subconsciously still believe in what we see and it effects us in ways that we don’t even realize.
How many of you haven’t decided to not take photos of yourselves when you have ”a bad day” and I don’t blame you - we all do this. Of course we rather take pictures of ourselves when we’re feelin’ ourselves. But I am so fucking tired of this shit making us feel insecure and not good enough and I will seriously start posting pms-bloats Every Single Month until y’all realize it’s normal. Over and out.

Strength is fighting battles that no one has any idea about. Being strong is not only getting through those battles, but continuing to keep the faith and your life together as more battles are being added to your plate. True self-less strength is getting to the point where you are coped enough to be open about your story and finally wise enough after growing through everything to have a more mature understanding then being able to help others conquer their personal battles. I live for having that kind of impact on people because I know how hard life can get for each and every single one of us.. how alone, scared, and confusing this crazy life can be. // Courage is knowing I WILL be okay and I AM strong enough to put myself back into one of the darkest times of my life in order to completely move forward from it. And when it is in regards to family, that’s just never easy at all. However, I did make it this far. So here’s to being strong enough to finish up 2018 in a way that I probably won’t be feeling my strongest, but cheers to 2019 because I know I WILL be happy, I WILL be successful and I will NOT letting anyone or anything get in my fucking way. 💯 If you read this far... so I went to @vouschurch the other day and something @richwilkersonjr said stuck with me, “it’s okay to not be okay, but it’s not okay to stay that way.” Sorry Rich for the f-bomb, but thank you for an amazing series on mental health. I’ll never forget how I felt hearing you speak and the connection I had to your messages. Keep the faith y’all and remember that if it’s not okay then it’s not the end because He has the perfect plan for all of us. Jeremiah 29:11 💙
Something different, some dumbbell 45kg swing/snatch tonight and duck walk carries. Gonna throwing in some of the alpha program from @pavelmacekcom@simplexstrong thought I had these but lots of mistakes back to tutorials again. Also did some deadlifts and convict conditioning protocols.
People that hate pull-ups probably can’t do them or at least wish they could! Don’t worry I’ve been there! Follow these simple hacks to help you get to that one pull up!
1. Bands- choose a thick, flat resistance band. Loop it around the bar and stand on a bench or chair to help you with the starting position from the top.
2. Machine assisted- make sure the pad is secure and the weight is not too heavy where it’s doing all of the work for you and not too light where it won’t be of much help at all. As you get better, lower the weight so you’re doing more of the work!
3. Lat pull down - like I said, this machine won’t replace the pull-up, but it will help you familiarize the movement!
ESTOS TÍPS TE SERVIRÁN CUANDO SALGAS A COMER! 😊
6️⃣Comparte tus platillos y/o entrantes
8️⃣Come despacio y conversa más
DALE LIKE Y COMPARTE!
What do you think is holding you back? Self-doubt or maybe you don’t know where to start?
Yep, I know how I feel. This time last year this time, I would wake up feeling overwhelmed I had no idea where to start, and I was afraid if I did start, I would FAIL. My body was NOT happy with the way I treated it and started a riot! Packing on a SUPERFAST 16 pounds! Woof! And when you are barely 5’1”… YIKES! Leaving me with no energy or confidence and only wore pants with elastic waistbands!
I had enough! I joined an accountability group (hosted by a lady I met in a bar – yeah, true story) and started showing up for me.
You see, I also had some confusion between self-care and selfish that I had to work out too. Through this group, I have learned the tools I need to crush my goals -- working on self-love and practicing self-care. I have learned I can show up much better for my loved ones when I show up for myself.
So is it YOUR turn? Fill out the app in my bio, drop an emoji, or DM me. It doesn’t matter how -- it just matters that you DO it. Let’s chat soon!
CHESTICLES AND ABS WORKOUT 👊 but check out my guns!
I guess many exercises are supported by your arms so they get a workout even when you're not specifically training them. Mine are thriving so my coach has just added extra leg exercises to even it out a bit. I now have multiple leg days!😱
Doing high-rep barbell press ups has been hard to get used to on my chest days. Before working wirh @danjones_wbffpro I had only used dumbbells.
Today, for the first time, I felt comfortable on the incline barbell sets and was able to put the weight up, by a smidge. 🎉 It's only taken us (me) how long Dan?
Perhaps it was the support from my mini coach today that helped, he'd say so.😏
