Kale (Brassica Genus)
Kale is native to Northern Europe. Kale must be picked when it is most tender. Curly kale is usually soft and dark green. I have some growing in my garden which goes in salads stew etc. We have it in our garden most of the time. It gets picked for specials or for lunch at times.
