Establece metas específicas . 🔅Ya hiciste tu lista de de propósitos (metas). Ahora, toma solo una meta de tu lista, con la que quieras empezar. . 🔅Trata de ver esa meta como un camino en el cual para llegar requieres metas cortas alcanzables; es decir, convierte cada paso en una meta. . 🤔¿Por qué hacer muchas metas en lugar de una grande? . 😉Porque es mucho más fácil alcanzar una meta pequeña que una grande. De hecho una meta bien planteada es la mitad del camino avanzado👌🏻 . 🤔¿Cómo puedo dividir la meta? . Muy fácil, haz tu meta específica. . Cuando las metas a alcanzar son generales cuesta mucho más lograr el objetivo. . ☝🏻Nunca olvides …☝🏻 . Cuanto más se dividen los obstáculos son más fáciles de vencer . Sino sabes como, hazte estas 3 preguntas: . 🤔¿Qué parte específica y simple puedo comenzar a realizar ahora mismo? . 🤔¿Qué acción se me facilitaría más para empezar? . 🤔En qué momento del día (hora) estaré realizando esta acción? . De esta forma además de hacer tu meta más alcanzable, estás dando una propuesta de solución para lograr el cambio de hábito. . Hem sizlere güzel yeni yemek tarifi fikirleri de vermiş olurum😍 Merak edilen sorulardan biri de kaç kilo verdin? Bunu çok duyuyorum. Zaten çok bir kilo problemim yok sadece bu sıralar ipin ucu kaçtı bende dengelemek istiyorum. Bu sırada da 1-2 kg vermiş olurum diye umut ediyorum.. Geçen günlerde de dediğim gibi sabahları çok yoğun oluyorum ve kahvaltımı anca yulaf lapasından yana kullanabiliyorum🙈 Nasıl mı yapıyorum? 1/2 su bardağı badem sütü ve 3 yemek kaşığı yulafı 1.5 dakika mikrodalgada pişiriyorum. Azcık soğuduktan sonra içine bal, blueberry ve 1 tatlı kaşığı fıstık ezmesi ekliyorum. Bu tarif beni yaklaşık 3 saat rahat tok tutuyor. Sonra ardından ara öğünde ise ceviz yiyorum ve yeşil çay içiyorum. Burda çok fazla #oatmeal seçeneği var. Ama en sağlıklısı yulafı sade almak. Çünkü diğerlerinin içersinde eklenti fruktoz şurubu, katkı maddeleri oluyor. Bu da yediğimiz yulafı sağlıklıdan çok sağlıksız yapıyor.   • Причины любить утро. Причина первая: завтрак. В школьное время я вообще не завтракала. Предпочитала поспать подольше, да и не хотелось. Чудесная привычка появилась в общежитии. Тогда я каждое утро ела овсянку с яичком и бутербродом с сыром. Под заварной кофе. Длилось это долго, поэтому теперь овсянку я искренне ненавижу. Вкуса нет, утром прибивает, а не дарит бодрости, насыщения хватает на 2 часа максимум, затем наступает резкий голод. Другое дело - яичница на сливочном масле. Вкусно, сытно, хватает надолго. Особенно если ее разбавить овощами, зеленью, колбасками и т.д. На десерт - пару долек темного шоколада. Все под зелёный чай, т.к. кофе утром вызывает тахикардию. Альтернатива: омлет, блины, сырники, полба, йогурт, фрукты, бутерброды. Но идеальным для меня остаётся глазунья.
