Swipe for a total body HIIT workout that will have you drenched, I promise 😝 💥3 rounds-60s on, 30s off: 💥Snap jumps with alternating DB snatch 💥Squat with trunk rotation 💥Push-up into renegade row 💥Jump lunges with one arm elevated (do 30s R and 30s L) 💥Split squat jump with plate overhead . . What makes it SWEET is that it crushes your full body from Primarily hitting your Triceps, Traps, Lats, and Calves to Secondarily hitting your Abs, Back, Hips, and Legs. It is fantastic for building power, getting the Heart PUMPING, and for implementing Intervals. _ Sample Warmup that I do: •400m, 30 sec rest •300m, 20 sec rest •200m, 15 sec rest •100m. *To add in some extra SPICE you can do squat holds, lunges, or plank holds during the rest periods.

I didn’t pay attention to my Garmin during the workout runs and went just off RPE and tried to keep a steady pace and effort each round, and very surprised when I noticed I was staying below a 6:30 pace on my 800m repeats coming out of cycle/lunge combo feeling comfortable on recovery.....the treadmill is a liar 😂😂. Felt strong but lots of work to go for goals.. always work in progress and looking at personal improvements with fitness and life in general. Keep grinding 💪.... took a page from the book from one of the Animals, pioneers in fitness and #MBAs in the sport @kevingillotti that I was fortunate enough to line up with during 2018.__ • -2 mile warmup easy pace, 8:10 pace__ -6 Rounds:__ *3min Cycle on CycleOps Trainer__ *8x Lunges per leg 50lbs__ *800m Run, 6:22 - 5:52 paces__ -1 mile cool down easy pace, 8:38 pace__ • -Total Run: 6 miles.
