Focusing on strength exercises for the whole body, utilising light weights and pilates equipment with an overall focus on pelvic floor recruitment, these classes also offer an excellent opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums-to-be!

Dancers, listen up! Our Dance Conditioning holiday classes start ON MONDAY, and focus on whole-body conditioning tailored specifically towards dancers. Running from 10th December until the 1st of Feb, the times are as follows:
- Monday 10am - 11am
- Tuesday 4pm - 5pm
- Thursday 4pm - 5pm
- Friday 10am - 11am
