A damaged L20 Zeppelin known as the Raider of Loughborough crashed off the coast of Norway.
On January 31, 1916, nine airships including L20 left their bases in Germany with orders to bomb Liverpool, which until then, had been considered well beyond the range of the raiders. Instead, On foggy Monday night, they dropped their bombs on several English towns mostly in the Midlands.
Zeppelin L20 raided Loughborough, killing 10 people. Across the region, more than 70 people were killed and more than 100 injured in the attacks. The raid shocked the British public due to the long range of the attack.
The L20 Zeppelin that bombed Loughborough, survived the raid but ditched into the sea on a later mission, washing up in Norway.

We've gone from 2 recreational classes in 2016, to 5 competitive cheer teams, 3 group stunt teams and 3 recreational classes in 2019. And we've gone from forward rolls and gut stands to back handsprings and basket tosses!
A huge thankyou to all of our cheerleaders, parents and coaches for supporting the club and making it what it is today :) I wonder where we'll be in 3 more years?

Just a little reminder that the KB Swing isn't a squat.... It's a hip/posterior chain movement.
Swing and dip all you like, you're getting absolutely zilch from an incredible exercise.
You should be... 1. Keeping hips high with a soft knee bend
2. Tilting at, and driving hard from the hips
3. Using a heavy load
4. Stopping the KB from going over horizontal
And as always, maintain good posture throughout
