  • One Sheet-Pan Garlic Butter Salmon + Red Potatoes 🍋 . Would You Try This? Tag someone who loves salmon! 👇🏽 . Follow @easy.healthy.eats 🌱 Follow @easy.healthy.eats 🌱 Follow @easy.healthy.eats 🌱 . by @cleanfoodcrush . makes 2 servings Ingredients: 2, 6-7 ounce skinless wild salmon fillets 2-3 medium red potatoes, diced into small 0.5" bite sized pieces sea salt & fresh ground black pepper, to taste 2 Tbsps clarified butter, or ghee melted 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed 1 tsp chili flakes, or to taste 2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley leaves, to garnish Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. & line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper. In a very small bowl add melted butter w/ minced garlic, chili flakes a pinch of sea salt & pepper. Whisk vigorously to emulsify. On a baking sheet, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Drizzle w/ half of the garlic butter mixture & toss to get them all coated. Roast in your preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven & arrange the salmon in between the potatoes. Brush w/ the remaining garlic butter mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flaky. Garnish w/ fresh chopped parsley & enjoy! Keep refrigerated in air tight glass containers for up to 3 days.   • Taking a semi serious Sunday AM morning to discuss HAIR💁🏼‍♀️ . Through my weightloss journey over the past year and a half I have found myself shedding hair like it’s my job. I used to have thick hair and it just kept getting thinner and thinner to the point where I noticed I barely had a ponytail anymore. . I started taking a extra hair skin and nails vitamin and using a amazing hair product that thickens and helps support hair growth and although they seemed to help a tiny bit I started noticing tons of those fluffy little flyaways all over more than actual hair. . Fast forward to going to a dermatologist last week. I have some condition couldn’t tell you what the heck it’s called but basically the stress and lack of nutrition from my bad dieting of last year killed my hair. New growth is starting now that I have learned to eat a nutritional diet and lose weight BUT it’s not very strong. Fast forward to getting blood work done, comes to find out my iron levels are dangerously low WHICH IS KEY to hair growth. So I am I am on some iron supplement that will hopefully get that hair a growin! . My doctor suggested getting a short hair cut to take the weight off my current hair as it regrows. So here we are y’all, a blonde bob with my this ass hair. . MORAL OF STORY EAT GOOD FOOD SO YOU DONT KILL YOUR HAIR! I wanted to discuss a topic of #food with all of you. Last night when trying to figure out our #dinnersituation it would have been so easy to get #takeout or go to a restaurant but that easily would have been $75- $100 for a #familyoffour so we went #foodshopping on our Saturday night! 🤣 We decided to go to @traderjoes because they have great food for seriously the *best* prices! In many supermarkets we try to #shoptheperimeter but at #traderjoes they have some amazing healthy finds in their aisles. We had a full cart and got everything for $109 and my kids got stickers. #parentingwin #savemoney #gofoodshopping #mealprep Some of my staples when food shopping are eggs, honey crisp apples, TJs spicy guacamole 😋, lean ground beef, frozen zucchini noodles, brown rice pasta and many more! My husband bought the bacon wrapped scallops and threw them in our air fryer for 15min last night and they were delish!! What are your favorite Trader Joe’s items that are healthy? I love trying new delicious finds from there!

  • Quick brekkie this morning before sneaking a workout in and spending the day with @richardjamesdeakin after his operation. All looking good and being put through his paces with the physio this morning. I added some greens powder into my yogurt this morning for an extra boost as the veggie intake hasn't been the best but thankfully the slowcooker meals in the fridge have saved me. Topped with cacao nibs, milled flaxseed and blueberries and enjoyed with a cuppa. Big Love Xxx

  • Muffins Anglais 🍯🍁 . Aujourd'hui je vous partage une recette de muffins Anglais, ça faisait super longtemps que je voulais en faire donc hier jme suis lancée ! Je vous avoue, qu'à un certain stade de la recette jme suis sentis un peu larguée, je pensais avoir tout rater mais finalement après 3 GROS ratages, j'ai enfin réussis à en sortir des beaux... 😅 Donc c'est pas très compliqué en soit, c'est juste qu'il faut prévoir un peu de temps pour le repos de la pâte et trouver la bonne température pour la cuisson à la poêle (et j'peux vous assurer qu'avec de la vitro céramique, c'est franchement pas facile 😉). Mais une fois qu'on a trouvé le coup de main, ça va tout seul ! 😌 . Pour 8 petits muffins : 350g de farine de petit Épeautre (marche aussi avec de la farine de blé complet ou de la farine blanche) 🍂 20cl de lait (végétal à l'amande, c'est une tuerie 😍) 🍂 1 c.s de levure de boulanger en poudre (ou un petit carré de levure fraîche, pour ma part) 🍂 2 c.c de sel 🍂 1 c.c de sucre . Pour comprendre la recette en image, directions ma story permanente "Recette" ! . Ils sont parfaits pour le goûter comme pour le ptit dej, mais vous pouvez aussi les utiliser en salé, vous le découvrirai dans mon prochain post normalement... ☺️ .   • Pad Thaï aux saveurs exotique 🥥🥭🌿 Ce soir j’me suis fais plaisir, j’avais envie de changer des saveurs traditionnelles de l’automne... Donc j’me suis lancée et c’était plus tôt concluant même très concluant ! 👌🏻😋 Franchement c’était super bon... 👩🏼‍🍳 J’ai pris des nouilles de riz mais en forme de tagliatelles, je trouve ça meilleur... J’ai mis de la mangue, du poivron vert, des crevettes, un sauce aigre douce (maison 😌), de la coriandre, des cacahuètes (comme vous le savez, c’est ma passion, donc j’étais obligée 😂) et un peu de poivre ! Ce fut mon repas de ce soir et je me suis régalée !!! 😍👌🏻 Pour la sauce aigre douce : - vinaigre de riz (~ 70 ml) - miel (~ 50 ml) - 1 gousse d’ail - gingembre frais (~2 cm) - combava en poudre (facultatif) - zestes de citron vert (1 c.c) - jus de citron vert (1-2 c.s) - un tout petit peu d’eau - 1 piment Piri (coupé finement) ou du Piri en huile (quelques gouttes) Faire bouillir le vinaigre de riz avec le miel ainsi que l’ail (passé au presse ail) et le gingembre frais râpé. Puis hors du feu, ajouter les autres ingrédients et continuer de remuer jusqu’à ce que ça épaississe et que cela fassse un sauce bien nappante !
