  • If you’re looking to control your caloric intake without having to excessively control exactly what you eat, don’t eat for the first 4-6 hours of your day. Intermittent fasting is everywhere now days but it’s genuinely been one of the most helpful tools I’ve implemented into my daily regimen whether my goal is to lose fat or even put on size without having to worry about excessive fat gain. Don’t stress a “fasting schedule” just simply skip on any food for the first 4-6 hours but drink lots of water. Give it a try!

Single leg training is a great way to prevent/reducing between-leg differences or asymmetries in force production which can lead to injury or reduced performance. [1] . While this exercise does require balance, heavy loads still stress the lifters strength capacity more than their ability to balance. [2] Therefore it is still a great exercise to use to build muscle and strength. . This one study found that the Rear Leg Elevated Split Squat (RLESS - like what I’m doing in the video) produced greater overall muscle activation that a standard Split Squat with the back foot on the floor. [3] . Bilateral (both legs) squats still produce greater muscle activation that single leg movements in the quadriceps muscle, but unilateral exercise can produce similar activation in certain leg muscles. [4] . Single leg squats are great for people recovering from lower back or knee issues, since the leg muscles can receive a similar training stimulus, with less total load. . . References: 1. . 2. Buah ni memang Allah swt dah jadikan ada gula buah (fructose) dan fiber (serat). Fiber yg semulajadi ada dalam buah tu function nya adalah untuk hadamkan gula buah tu tadi. MasyaAllah betapa balanced nya Allah jadikan buah tu sebagai makanan yang sihat untuk kita. . Cuma, apabila kita buat jus biasanya kita perah air dari buah tu n buang hampasnya kn. Tak pn, kita blend dan tapis sisa2 yang berhampas dari buah tu. Kat situ lah FIBER atau SERAT yang akan bantu hadamkan gula buah tu. So apa je kita dapat dari jus buah tu bila buang hampas ni? GULA sahaja. SERAT >>> ZERO 😭😭😭 . Sebab tu kalau dalam coaching program saya.. nak minum jus buah ni sekali sekala boleh. Tp nak amalkan selalu memang saya tak galakkan.   • SPOTTER When you go Scuba diving or Sky diving, you always have a buddy so that in case of an emergency he can save you. Same is with weight training. We usually overestimate our lifting ability, even the most experienced one do that. Suppose you are doing barbell curls and after 7 reps you get caught short. What worst can happen? you will drop weights on the floor. But suppose you are doing bench press with 125 KGs and this happen. Things can turn up dangerous, right? Here comes the role of your SPOTTER, who helps you complete your rep or save you from dangerous situation. A spotter can be anyone, your trainer, gym buddy, someone with whom you just wave or handshake in gym. WHY YOU NEED A SPOTTER? Safety: If you’ve upped your load and can’t complete your last reps the spotter can relieve you from the weight. Motivation: Having someone to train with means you can cheer each other on and challenge yourselves to beat one another. Confidence: A spotter can give you the confidence and be the safety net you need to try a new exercise, increase the weight or do a few extra reps. Improvement: A spotter can tell you if you are doing an exercise incorrectly or if you’re losing your form while lifting. This is a great way to perfect your technique and avoid possible injuries. Increase workload: Having a spotter gives the lifter a placebo effect – by the spotter simply touching the underneath of a weight, even if only with one finger, it tricks the trainer into thinking they have some assistance and makes the lift feel lighter and easier, if only mentally. This allows them to complete increased reps and weights that they normally wouldn’t have been able to do if training alone. Tips to good spotting > Check for proper form. If they’re doing it incorrectly or losing their posture and technique, you tell them to stop and reduce weight. > Focus all your attention on the lifter. Tapi hormon ni tak buat berat naik, cuma mgkin effect pada metabolisma badan and so on. . 2) Honeymoon :- uihhh fasa baling syiok bila kawen ni ialah fasa honeymoon. Banyak “benda” nak cuba sama2 especially “makanan viral”.. hujung minggu je mesti hilang merata2 pergi food haunting. Itu cerita weekend. Blom masuk cerita makan malam harian lagi hehe. . 3) untuk kes isteri suka masak, pergh memang terbaek. Pagi buat nasi goreng, duk sekejap kluar coq udang, pastu kluar teh o + kuih koci, pastu masuk lunch lauk ada 3 jenis “abang tambah la lagi, penat ayang masak”. Pastu tersadai sat, petang nanti kluar pisang goreng panas2 goreng dengan pnuh kasih sayang, dah tu dinner mcm lunch tadi. Ingatkan dah abis, sambil2 tgk movie malam tu kluar lagi roti bakar+planta+gula. Perghh setel. Tak payah tunggu setahun, sebulan pun dah nampak hasil 😂 . Moral of story:- effect dari perubahan hormon tu sikit je, yg bab makan ni yg jadi faktor utama.
