  • Let’s be real – bikes get expensive, and fast. Between the frame, your fancy wheels, power meter, Garmin, pedals, the list goes on and what you spend on sport starts to look like a deposit for a nice little townhouse in the burbs 💸💸💸. But we do it, because bikes make us happy, and we’d rather be poor on a bicycle than bikeless in a swanky inner city apartment (just me?). 🤷🏼‍♀️ There is one cost that gets overlooked, it’s having your bike fitted properly. A good bike fit has the potential to revolutionise comfort, power, efficiency and ultimately your enjoyment of the sport. I’ve been working with Stu @riderfitcc to dial in the @cannondaleau, and I’m so impressed by his experience and attention to detail and how damn comfy my bike feels. Initially I visited before I even had a bike, and Stu not only helped me work out the right frame size, but helped me identify some of my own physiological issues that I need to work on to make me a better rider. I highly recommend Stu to anyone who’s looking to get a new bike, or optimise their current one. 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️ Happy to chat more with anyone who’s thinking of getting a fit done. Worth every penny, especially when you think about all the savings you’ll make in hours not spent in pain and hundreds you’ll spend at the physio trying to sort that stuff out. It feels odd writing this, but this is not an ad, or sponsored – in any way - that’s not my thing. I’m just a regular customer, giving feedback on what I think is a really worthwhile service. Had to push through listening to a fancy podcast (Business Wars by Wondry, highly recommend!) but I managed to push through.
