Day 28 of 43 day Challenge!
28 days in a row of doing this and it's pretty much routine now. It's just part of my day like eating. It's not that it's become easy (believe me) it's just that I've come so far I HAVE to see it through. And I want to 'cuz this shit is crazy! I'm stronger, more conditioned and more disciplined. 18 more days, bring it!
Did my 5 miles on the track today. It's cool every once in a while but I like the road 😎! -
Odd days = 5 mile run, 100 push ups, 100 overhead press, 100 ab reps.
Even days = 5 mile run, 100 pull ups, 100 bicep curls, 100 ab reps.
