Throwback to when I was painting Maddy’s house or throwback to when I was in Budapest? Idk, you decide 😂 haha no but actually, I’m incredibly proud of the progress I’ve made in the last year. Today has marked my 1 year fitness journey. However, I’ve come to learn that there is no end date as exercise/nutrition becomes a lifestyle. You progress and learn more each day. I’ve been looking into a few programs from different people that I want to start in the new year as well. I’m excited to continue to grow in 2019 and make more strides to live a healthy, authentic life. 💕 s/o to @ashleyrice97 for snapping that pic for me, ily baby g
Here’s a clip from yesterday’s training ride... Captured with @gopro Hero 5 Black on a Chesty Mount. Cruising around seeing how many puddles I can ride through, ha ha! So much fun! I can’t wait to go back and ride more than a couple hours. I only had time for a 30 mile ride that left me a bit unfulfilled. Next time it’s on! Have fun riding this weekend and be safe out there! Braaap! 🏔🐐

Along with the importance of bacteria and our weight, our blood sugar is equally important. It’s time to shift from quick fixes, and dieting, and focus on bacteria and stabilizing our blood sugar! Our blood sugar level is the amount of glucose from what you eat. This glucose circulates in our bloodstream to provide energy to cells immediately or be stored future use. Well balanced blood sugar is crucial to our overall fitness and wellbeing. When we eat a diet high in processed sugars, it leads to high blood sugar levels, which our body can’t break down, so it stores it as fat. Once people have blood sugar problems it is much harder to slim down with lasting results.
Many people think that the only symptom of blood sugar imbalance is diabetes, or the inability to lose weight. But cravings, headaches, afternoon crashes, sweating, and dehydration can also be common symptoms of imbalanced blood sugar!

The human body is one hell of a machine. If you choose to stay natural and not enhance yourself as an athlete, there is literally no way around working your ass off. Eating and training. The body adapts to the same shit. Same workouts, same sets, same routine. You have to put it through complete hell or it simply won't respond. Supersets. Dropsets. Whatever it takes to break down the muscle. It's supposed to be painful as hell. If I wake up the following morning and the muscles I hit aren't sore I'm angry af because I know I didn't go hard enough.
