  • Spinach Ravioli with Cashew-Truffle filling by @vegaliciously Via @letscookvegan Via @veganbombs #veganbombs ・・・ 💚 Recipe: Ingredients:⠀ 250 g fresh spinach⠀ 250 g all purpose flour⠀ a splash of water⠀ 150 g cashew nuts⠀ 50 g macadamia nuts⠀ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast⠀ 1/2 tsp salt⠀ 4 tbsp truffle oil⠀ ⠀ METHOD:⠀ 2. place the spinach leaves in a saucepan and sauté for 5 minutes. Let cool down completely.⠀ 3. Place spinach in a food processor and process until creamy. Add in little by little flour and splash of water and process until the dough sticks together. ⠀ 4. Cover the dough and let rest for 30 minutes.⠀ 5. for the filling, place the nuts in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 30 minutes. ⠀ 6. Rinse the nuts and Place them in a food-processor. Add in a splash of water, truffle oil, salt and nutritional yeast and process until perfectly creamy. cover and set aside.⠀ 7. Using a pasta machine roll out the dough until it’s about 2 Millimeters thick. ⠀ 8. Press a glass into the ravioli sheet and set the ravioli circles over a floured surface.⠀ 9. Each raviolo is made of 2 circles; put 1 tsp of truffle cream in the middle of a circle, moisten the edges of the dough with a pastry brush and cover with another circle. ⠀ 10. Press the edges with a fork so that it wont open while boiling.⠀ 11. if you want them to be a little “al dente” let them dry out overnight on a floured surface.⠀ 12. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes and serve with a dash of truffle oil and some macadamia cheeze.⠀ 13. Это происходит благодаря тому, что человек начинает следить за тем, что он ест. . 😅 Если питаться фастфудом, содержащим по 700-900 пустых калорий, то пятиразовое питание не принесет никаких результатов. Это касается и перекусов пиццей, половиной тортика за чашечкой чая после вечерней трапезы. Poi aggiungerci 2 cucchiai di miele e 1 yogurt bianco magro. L'impasto deve risultare morbido. Poi stendetelo, ritagliate e infornare a 160°C per circa un'ora. . 🇺🇸Dog Cookies Mix three types of flour: white, wholewheat and rye (150g for each type). Then, add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 white low-fat yogurt. The dough must become soft.   • Don’t forget to treat yourself 🍪 We’re so swallowed up in the digital world of ‘eating clean’, that we tend to forget to loosen up and enjoy the small things,including these Vegan spelt and oat flour gingerbread cookies 💃🏻 Christmas is long gone but these cookies can be eaten on day of the year cause they’re just so good. I’ve dropped the recipe below from the blog 😇 Also , I’m looking for am eco friendly, plastic free and affordable yoga mat so if any brands pop in your mind, please drop them below :) ______________________________________________ Vegan Spelt and Oat flour Gingerbread cookies (v) GINGERBREAD SPICE MIX * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1 tsp ground ginger * 1/2 tsp allspice * 1/2 tsp ground cloves * 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg COOKIES [dry] * 50 g oat flour * 50 g spelt flour * ½ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp good quality salt * ⅓ cup gently packed brown sugar * ⅓ cup muscovado sugar [wet] * 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax meal + 2.5 tbsp water) * ¼ cup vegan butter, melted or coconut oil (texture will differ) * ¼ c tahini * 1 tbs blackstrap molasses method 1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 356F and line your baking tray 2. In a bowl, add the sugars and tahini. Combine, then slowly add in the melted vegan butter, molasses and flax egg. Combine well. 3. In another bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients and gingerbread spice together. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix well until a thick cookie dough forms. 4. Scoop even spoonfuls of batter (ice cream scoop works well) and place onto your lined baking tray (keep a fair amount of distance in between). Press the balls of batter lightly with your palms but only slightly as they will spread!. Place into oven for 12-15 minutes. 5. The cookies should still be a little soft when you take them out, so let them cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack for a further 2-3 minutes.
