  • December 16 ✨Black sesame seed crisp bread with cashew cream cheese/svart sesam-fröknäcke med cashew-färskost🌱 1 dl svarta sesamfrön 0,5 dl pumpafrön 0,5 dl solrosfrön 0,5 tsk salt 0,5 msk durramjöl 1 tsk pofiber 1 tsk fiberhusk 1 msk kokosolja 1,5 dl kokande vatten Sätt ugnen på 150 C. Blanda alla torra ingredienser och häll sedan i kokande vatten och kokosolja. Baka ut degen mellan två bakplåtspapper och grädda i ugnen ca 30-45 min. Färskost: 2 dl cashewnötter (blötlagda över natten) 1 msk citronsaft 1 nypa salt 1 vitlök Örter Skölj av cashewnötterna och mixa med de andra ingredienserna. Smaka av och addera valfria örter 🌿

  • This is a what i eat in a day during the finals 😅 - * I started my day at 7 with two sandwiches one is hummus and thyme and the other one is peanut butter and jelly (jam) with a cup of tea milk. ☀️ * then at 12:20 i had a snack which is coffee and a biscuit.☕️ * i had lunch at 4:30 and it was a delicious pesto pasta 🥑 The ingredients of the pesto sauce: half avocado, parsley, lemon, olive oil, and spices as u like. * at 8:13 i had chips as a snack. • And that was all.. I know it’s not healthy and doesn’t contains all the protein and vitamins i need in a day but it just a phase

  • 🍜Almost lunch time! 🍜 Who else likes fermented foods??? . . . My grandmother used to always make this side dish to eat along with our fried chicken and rice. It's cubed cucumbers + tomatoes drenched in equal amounts of white rice vinegar and soy sauce. ☝🏾Instead of soy sauce I used coconut aminos ☝🏾 . . . Now I eat it with my rice, beans, veggie burgers, tacos, burritos, anything I'd like! It adds great amounts of flavor to your meal! Try it out if you haven't already!

I also added a little bit of lemon juice and turmeric. I think it turned out really good! - It‘s already dark outside but I still want to go for a walk so bad. Nobody wants to come with me.   • 😍 Vegan oat fudge bars 📷 by @thenakdkitchen 🚨🚨Recipe: Makes: 12 bars 1 cup coconut oil (at room temp) + 1 Tbsp 2 cups coconut sugar (or cane sugar) 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp + 6 Tbsp water left to set 5-10 mins) 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups wholewheat flour 3 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tsp baking soda 1 bag chocolate chips 1 can of condensed coconut milk Method: Preheat the oven to 350F. Cream the coconut oil (1 cup) and coconut sugar together using an electric mixer. Add in the flax eggs and vanilla, and mix until light and fluffy. Slowly add in the wholewheat flour until combined. Add in the oats and mix. In a 9 x 12 baking tray oil the pan using the 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan to make the base. To make the chocolate filling melt the condensed coconut milk and chocolate chips over the stove on a low heat, whisk until smooth. Add the chocolate over the base and smooth until evenly distributed. Using the rest of the crumble top the middle layer, and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 hour, and slice into 12 squares.   • Great dinner at @babybaolondon this weekend! I can’t wait to go back because i only tried one of the vegan baos and none of the desserts which sounded AMAZING ! Loved my bulgogi mushroom bao, liked the tofu lettuce cups and the pickled veg salad 👍🏼👍🏼so great to have a good place in this area right on Haymarket. We are ALWAYS between embankment and Soho/West End for our busy theatre schedule and there’s never anything I really like for preshow dinner so this is my new go to!

With the inconsistent temperatures, going from a 20 degree day to a day like today where it is going to hit 50. Your body is confused or at least mine is . ____ Please DON’T panic and run out to get a flu shot. A little trick that helped me cure myself in May was zinc shock treatment. _____ “If you have the slightest inkling you might be starting to feel flu symptoms, squirting zinc directly into your throat and letting it coat the area can be a powerful defensive measure. If you are very sensitive to zinc, try using just a few drops.” Anthony Williams , @medicalmedium . ____ How to avoid the flu? •Avoid dairy **These products cause a mucus buildup.** •Avoid eggs **If you refuse to give up eggs, don’t use any butter and try adding a lot of garlic to it. The eggs will fuel the flu or cold but the garlic will even it out** •Stay away from chicken Avian Influenza ( Bird Flu) * “Flu viruses have the ability to feed off birds, and they especially love to feed off chicken. Bird flu viruses tend to feed off the bird’s adrenal glands and flesh cells and can often lead to dangerous and damaging outcomes including flesh deterioration. “ *”Eliminating this food can be especially beneficial if you’re hoping to avoid a stomach flu. “ *** That also includes chicken noodle soup! *** _______ Try making Medical Mediums healing broth instead. _______ What I did this morning: •4 drops of zinc directly into my mouth and I let them sit and mix into my saliva for around 30 seconds. •Glass of lemon, raw honey, ginger and zinc (again lol) •Tall glass of celery juice •Turmeric & ginger shot • I will take a few more drops later on in the day , and before I go to sleep I will do it once more. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel 100% better!
