  • FLEX FRIDAY! What a great burn and I felt in control of my movements today. This program is 🔥. Got it in early as tonight I'm going to try a Barre body class (free class). My new years resolution to mysef was to "be braver" and do things for me - which means staying accountable to my workouts/health and trying things out of my comfort zone (ie. New classes, adventures, things to enrich me personally)

  • Crazy when your post workout stack from @1stphorm taste so amazing it can be a motivator to get them #duespaid. . . I was a little sluggish from a busy and productive day and when I told myself, "self you have enough #phormula1 and #ignition for one more post workout shake." (Delivery day is tomorrow thank goodness) The thought of Chocolate Milkshake Protein and Ignition was enough to spring me into action and have a great Chest day. Yes it taste great but here's where this stack really helps. . . Phormula 1 is amazing for post workout. It's a hydralized Whey Protein Isolate. (broken down into smaller chains for faster digestion) plus delivers 5 grams of BCAA. Paired with Ignition (High Glycemic Carbohydrate) that creates an insulin spike to replenish those glycogen stores we deplete from a hard workout. That high insulin response will shuttle the protein into the muscle more efficently while also replenishing our glycogen. So all the protein you take your body doesn't just turn it to glucose and your muscles get little to no protein. . . So what does all that mean? Less muscle sorness, faster recovery which = GAINS.   • #ThrowBackThursday #10YearChallenge ▫ Here is my 10 years body transformation! From B-Boying in 2007 to Bodybuilding 2017. I started this journey very early. I think I was 14 or 15 years old (2004-2005) when I began to do Breakdance with some friends together and just a little bit weightlifting. After a couple of years doing both of them approx. 3 times a week.. I decided to continue one of them! Now you can imagine how much time and effort i put into this body (~5-6 Day's a Week) over this period of time! With no big breaks.. maybe some day's here and there because of disease or an injury! ▫ In 2014 ...10 years after I picked up my first dumbbell I made my first contest experience. Two years later in 2016 I decided to do another competition at the GNBF... where I could place fourth! One week later at the Austrian Natural Bodybuilding competition I could archive my first bodybuilding win at d middle weight class! ▫ Full motivated for 2017 (condition in this pic.. was right before I wanted to start my next contest prep) the plan was to enter another competition that year! But 2 weeks after this shot... I had two major injuries and was out of the game for that season! ▫ A year after my biceps tendon tear and a broken leg.. sitting in a wheelchair for 6 weeks and still entered the gym with it! Trained with one arm and one leg! I started my prep for the 2018 season and could compete at the int. GNBF! Where I placed fived! I didn't go to the parties searching for girls, the girls go out looking for me (in my head) but I was focused on the music b..lol. Thank God for Youtube and all the DJ's who inspired me. I gradually learned and could come up with my own style and a lot has changed since then. I still have a long way to go. DJing is gradually becoming one of the best careers. First of all momentum days are my favorite😍 by the end it was hard to do them again for a video 😂 so it was a success. #swipe • • The grip of the sole and security of the heel did well with lateral movement and the flexibility of the toes during power shrugs was perfect ... honestly this is what I recommend for studio fitness and crosstraining...this helps you move better faster & longer.   • Day 15, #redjanuary ✔️ Today I aimed to celebrate the half way stage and passing the fundraising target by running 15km, for day 15... instead I smashed my own expectations and ran 17.23km (10.7miles)!!! So so happy (and absolutely knackered) that I've completed this! It really is mind over matter, as I wasn't feeling great heading out, but there is someone up there cheering me on and my legs just kept on going and going...💙 Please keep supporting!   • 💭The real “glow up” is when you feel even better on the inside, than you look on the outside. While I obviously look different physically, the brunt of the self-work that I've done has been internal. All too often we think that if we can change the outside – if we can change our physical appearance, if we could only look better physically – we'd feel better internally. _ 💭But here's the thing: Just as we work on our physical body, we also have work to do mentally and emotionally. Shrinking our physical bodies won't shrink our mental or emotional issues or insecurities. Those require internal work, and that work is uncomfortable, and messy, and demanding. To sort through our mess, our trauma, our many complicated layers is tough. But it's worth it, because that's where the true “glow up” takes place.
